The following information may be obtained through Facilities Planning & Design:

Project Cost - Project costs are tracked in great detail and updated daily. A Total Project Cost to Date report or the final cost of a closed project can be provided upon request.

Project Budget Status - While funding sources are often determined elsewhere, current project funding, actual/estimated cost and other data related to the project budget is maintained at Facilities Planning & Design.

Status of Business Transactions - The individual business transactions necessary to expend funds on a project (ex., Purchase Orders, Contracts, Labor Vouchers, Expense Transfers) are usually prepared and/or monitored in Facilities Planning & Design.
