Engineering Services

Engineering Services includes the diverse disciplines of plumbing, structural, civil, electrical, and HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning). Typically these services are provided by in-house personnel but may be contracted out and managed by Engineering Services personnel. The decision to utilize Engineering Services staff or a consultant for the the project is made based on schedule requirements, current workload, and technical expertise required. All engineering work is conducted in accordance with all current building codes and regulations of the State of New York and the Department of Education.
