Architectural Services

Architectural Services prepares or coordinates the preparation of all construction documents and drawings for all approved renovations within the University. All renovations must be initiated through a request for space renovations form through the Office of Space Planning. Projects are first approved for estimating. Facilities Planning & Design prepares estimates of the project cost and schedule. Upon final approval for construction, Architectural Services works with the requester to develop architectural construction drawings. These drawings are then passed on to Engineering Services to review, identify problems and develop solutions.
